1.3. Magnet is reimagining fashion shopping for Gen Z women in India through natural language search, AI-powered styling suggestions, virtual try-on technology, and delivery services.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. "Platform" refers to the Magnet mobile application, website, and all related services.

2.2. "AI Services" includes natural language product search, styling suggestions, virtual try-on features, and personalized recommendations.

2.3. "Delivery" refers to our delivery service available in select locations in Bengaluru and other supported cities.

2.4. "User Content" includes photos, preferences, search queries, and any other content you provide to our platform.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using Magnet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.2. Account Information: To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.4. Mobile Number: Your mobile phone number serves as your primary identifier. You must keep this information current and notify us immediately of any changes.

3.5. Notification Consent: By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications for transactional, service-related, and promotional purposes.

4. AI-POWERED SERVICES

4.2. Virtual Try-On: We provide virtual try-on technology to help you visualize products. These are digital representations and may not perfectly reflect the actual product appearance.

4.3. Personalization: Our AI learns from your interactions, purchases, and preferences to improve recommendations. This adaptive logic helps us better understand your style and needs.

4.4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions and virtual try-on results are approximations. Actual products may vary in appearance, fit, and color.

5. PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY

5.1. Partner Brands: We work with multiple design-forward D2C brands under a sale-or-return or outright model.

5.2. Product Information: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy.

5.3. Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

5.4. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
